Race Day Pickup Option

$35.50 + $3.16 Processing + Taxes

• Race Morning Packet Pick-Up. You have the option to pickup on race morning or at regular Packet Pickup. You do not have to tell us what you are doing. Your kit will be at regular Packet Pickup and if not picked up will be available on race morning IF you have this package.
• Free Baggage Check at The Waterfront Event & Conference Centre, 555 Bay St N
• Registration/race entry not included with this package
• Race Day Pick-up will be open from 7:30am – 9:00am
• One Packet Pick-Up per package purchase.
• Available for purchase until April 6, 2026
• No refunds on the Race Day Pickup Package and it is not transferable. I.e. if you transfer your entry, this package is not transferred to the new registrant. If you defer, you will receive a credit in a form of a promo code for 2027 race.
• Online fees and taxes applicable to Race Day Pickup package.

Race Day Pickup Hours: 7:30am – 9:00am
Bag Check Closes at 2:30pm

Steps to Defer (Mandatory 2 Step Process)

1. Purchase the Defer Option Package here.
2. Email info@bayrace.com to inform us that you are exercising your option to defer.

You are not automatically deferred if you purchased the deferral option package. You must complete Step 2 which is informing us you are exercising your option to defer.

Complete Details

• Option to defer to 2027 for any reason. Reason does not have to be given.
• If you are unable to participate for whatever reason in the 2026 Bay Race, you have the option to defer your registration to 2027 with this Deferral Option Package.
• If you have this Deferral Option Package, you are not automatically deferred to 2027 and you are not automatically registered for 2027.
• After you purchase the package, please email info@bayrace.com to inform us that you will exercise your option to defer by April 6, 2026 so we can record your deferral and remove you from the 2026 race. A $10 admin fee will be deducted from your promo code credit if you send your email after the deadline. Then a promo code will be sent to you to register for 2027 once 2027 online registration opens. You will need to use the promo code we send to register for 2027. If you do not email us to exercise your deferral option, we will not automatically send you a promo code. The promo code offsets the 2027 entry fee.
• Notice by email to defer must be sent to info@bayrace.com after you purchase the deferral package.
• Deferred registrants do not receive 2026 race kit/shirt. Deferred registrants will receive a promo code to register for the 2027 race.
• The Deferral Package is available for purchase until April 6, 2026.
• No refunds on the Deferral Package. This package is not transferable. I.e. If you transfer your entry, this package is not transferred to the new registrant.
• If you purchased products excluding apparel (e.g. medal personalization, race day pickup), the promo code we send will include the value of your product. Please contact SURGE Activewear directly if you purchased souvenir apparel.
• The Deferral Package can only be used to defer to the next race year. I.e. If you want to further defer to 2028, you will need to purchase a 2028 Deferral Option Package.
• Online fees and taxes applicable to Deferral Package.
• One Deferral Package defers one registrant.
