Race Packet Pick Up

Location: Tim Hortons Field, 64 Melrose Ave N, Club Level 4

Packet Pick Up Hours
Fri March 22, 2024: 1:00pm – 6:00pm
Sat March 23, 2024: 10:00am – 5:00pm

THERE WILL BE NO RACE KIT PICK-UP ON RACE DAY UNLESS YOU HAVE THE ATB+ Race Day Pick Up Package. The ATB+ Defer Option Package is not the same and as the ATB+ Race Day Pick Up package.

Packet will include:

• Technical running shirt
• Bib number with timing chip on the back

You will need your bib number to pick up your kit. Click here for your bib number assignment.

MERIT BREWING AND SURGE ACTIVEWEAR WILL BE AT PACKET PICKUP
If you pre-purchased a Beer Bundle or souvenir apparel, please visit the respective booth at Packet Pickup to collect your purchases.

Bag check:

$5 Bag check tickets can be prepaid at Packet Pickup. Cash only.
Regular bag check will be at Gate 4A at Tim Hortons Field.

Please note ATB+ Race Day Pick Up and Regular Bag Check are not the same and are not at the same location.

ATB+ Race Day Pick Up is in the Caretakers Lounge – Main Level. Enter through Gate 3.

You or a friend can pick up your packet (Bib and Shirt) on Friday or Saturday of race weekend.

To avoid the wrong packet being issued, please bring one of the following:

• A copy of the confirmation email OR
• Photo ID

2021 Virtual Race Kit Info

Group Pickup application period TBA. Check back here for more details during that period.

Bib numbers are not required to create a group.

Minimum of 10 participants to be considered a group. Forms submitted with under 10 names will not be processed. You can still pick up multiple kits but they won’t be pre-packaged.

Only registered in-person participants with official Bay Race bibs will be allowed to enter the start line area and to cross the finish line on March 24, 2024. Please have bibs on the outside of your clothing for optimal chip time reading and to identify you as a participant. Our course officials may ask to see your bib if it is hidden and those without a bib will be removed from the course. Your race time may not be reflected in the official results if the bib is hidden and the chip time could not be read.

Virtual race kits will be sent after the virtual race period and only if virtual results are submitted.
