Race Packet Pick Up

Enter from John St. to lower parking lot – Free Parking on Friday and Saturday for Packet Pick Up

NO PARKING at LiUNA Station on Race Day!

Packet Pick Up Hours
Fri March 28, 2025: 1:00pm – 6:00pm
Sat March 29, 2025: 10:00am – 5:00pm

THERE WILL BE NO RACE KIT PICK-UP ON RACE DAY UNLESS YOU HAVE THE ATB+ Race Day Pick Up Package. The Defer Option Package is not the same and as the Race Day Pick Up package.

Packet will include:

• Technical running shirt
• Bib number with timing chip on the back

You will need your bib number to pick up your kit. Bibs will be assigned in mid-March.

You or a friend can pick up your packet (Bib and Shirt) on Friday or Saturday of race weekend.

To avoid the wrong packet being issued, please bring one of the following:

• A copy of the confirmation email OR
• Photo ID

Bag check:

$5 Bag check tickets can be prepaid at Packet Pickup. Cash only.
Bag check will be inside LiUNA Station.

Baggage check items must fit in the clear plastic bag (16″ x 24″) provided. Luggage and other large items will not be accepted. Please leave valuables at home. We are not responsible for lost or stolen property.

2021 Virtual Race Kit Info

Group Pickup application period TBA. Check back here for more details during that period.

Bib numbers are not required to create a group.

Minimum of 10 participants to be considered a group. Forms submitted with under 10 names will not be processed. You can still pick up multiple kits but they won’t be pre-packaged.

Only registered in-person participants with official Bay Race bibs will be allowed to enter the start line area and to cross the finish line on March 30, 2025. Please have bibs on the outside of your clothing for optimal chip time reading and to identify you as a participant. Our course officials may ask to see your bib if it is hidden and those without a bib will be removed from the course. Your race time may not be reflected in the official results if the bib is hidden and the chip time could not be read.

Virtual race kits will be sent 4-6 weeks after the virtual race period ends and only if virtual results are submitted. They are not available at Packet Pickup.
