Packet Pickup

Packet pickup at FIRSTONTARIO CENTRE 101 York Blvd. Hamilton Ontario L8R 3L4

  • Friday November 20, 2020 — 3pm to 8pm
  • Saturday November 21, 2020 — 9:30am to 5:30pm

THERE WILL BE NO RACE KIT PICK-UP ON RACE DAY UNLESS YOU HAVE THE ATB+ PACKAGE.

At close of registration on Saturday, November 21, 2020, all remaining Packets and Shirts become the property of the Bay Race.

Packet will include:

Bib numbers will be assigned a week before the race and will be posted here.

You or a friend can pick up your packet (Bib number, timing chip and Shirt) at the Health and Fitness Expo on Friday or Saturday.
To avoid the wrong packet being issued, please bring one of the following:

  • A copy of your confirmation email OR
  • Photo ID OR
  • A letter (email) from the registered runner, authorizing you to pick up for them

You must know your Bib Number to pick up.
There will also be computers at packet pickup, where you can look up your number.

Relay team members bibs are all contained in one Race Packet. There is one timing chip per team. Only one relay team member is required to pick up the Race Packet.

Bib numbers are not required to create a group.

Minimum of 10 participants to be considered a group. Forms submitted with under 10 names will not be processed. You can still pick up multiple kits but they won’t be pre-packaged.

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

Only participants who have submitted a race result by 11:59pm on April 25, 2021 through Sportstats will receive a race kit.

Shipping of your race package within Canada is included in your registration fee. Out of country registrants are subject to an additional shipping charge.

FOR THOSE THAT ALREADY CONFIRMED BY MAY 9: Race kit pick up at the following Running Room locations during regular store hours from May 27 – May 30. Race Kits at these locations will have extra swag in the kits (Lots of goodies and we are still adding to it.

Please stay in your area. If these locations are out of your area, please opt to send kit by mail. We are sorry we are unable to accommodate everyone but we have limited resources and can only manage to provide kits to these locations.

VERY IMPORTANT DETAILS (PLEASE READ):

  • If you did not complete the pick-up form by May 9 and receive a confirmation, your kit will not be at any of the locations above. Extra kits are not provided to the locations.
  • If you did not complete the form by May 9 and have a result in Sportstats, your shirt and personalized medal will be mailed to you.
  • 5K, 30K, Relay, and Hammer Kits include personalized medal tabs
  • Forms must have been completed by 11:59pm on May 9 for your kit to be at one of the Running Room pick up locations.
  • Only participants who have submitted a race result by 11:59pm on April 25, 2021 through Sportstats will receive a race kit.
  • Please know your bib number when picking up your kit. Bib #s are found under your name in the race results. Kits will be arranged by bib #.

Running Room VIP Discount: If in store shopping is permitted at the time, participants who pick up their race kits at one of the participating locations above can take advantage of a 15% VIP discount on regular priced items*.  In store only at the time of race kit pick up.  *Excludes electronics, nutrition, Addaday Biozoom, Air Relax, Zwift, Brooks footwear, HOKA ONE ONE, On footwear, and select Saucony styles. Further restrictions may apply.

FREE DRAW!
Anyone who registers to pick up their kit will be automatically entered into a free draw for a 20″ x 11″ giclee print by artist Dylan Swan.  One print draw per location. Winner can pick up print with race kit. Thank you Dylan Swan for capturing the essence of the Bay Race in your paintings.  Check out the whole collection here.
